We care for patients at Winthrop University Hospital, North Shore University Hospital, and Brookhaven Memorial Medical Center.

I have an appointment with you in the coming weeks? What should I bring?
Try and gather copies of any reports you have from your primary care physician or your cardiologist. Of particular importance are copies of your echocardiogram, your stress test, and any rhythm monitoring you may have had. Also, reports of previous cardiac procedures are helpful. Don't worry of you can't get these things. If you need help getting these things, our office may be able to help.

Can my wife/husband/partner/sibling/child come with me to the appointment?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring anyone with you who helps make your medical decisions.
